About Anna-Lena

Anna-Lena is a professional in the field of Human Resources with the main focus on talent/ career development, training, HR strategy, and Recruiting. During her career, she has set up and implemented various talent programs, performance management initiatives, and has been responsible for an internal training Academy for mid-size companies localized in Europe. Additionally, she is in control of international Recruiting activities.

She grew up in Germany and moved to the Netherlands to study Psychology and graduated as Master Work & Organizational Psychology. The combination of the theoretical knowledge about human behavior, well-being, and motivation and the practical experience as an HR professional in internal environments gives her the ability to approach topics from the personal and human perspective but on the other hand also from an organizational and strategic viewpoint.

She combines her German affinity for structure, planning, and accuracy with the Dutch hands-on, laid back and open and flat communication culture.

One of her strengths is personal flexibility and adaptability, which makes it easy for her to work together with people of various personal and professional backgrounds.

Anna-Lena speaks the languages German, English, and Dutch fluently.
